About this project

Byten21 needed its Roblox game trailer localized to reach high-engagement player communities in new markets. NativeCut rebuilt the master into two languages - Spanish and Korean - with the original voiceover replaced by AI dubbing and matching subtitles generated and synced to the cut.

NativeCut took the titles Byten21 supplied and delivered them re-rendered for each language. Where the original footage showed English in-game UI, NativeMatch™ swapped it directly on the footage - so the team never had to re-record gameplay with localized interface, saving days of capture and editing.

The animated 2D titles were the real test: NativeCut received no source fonts. NativeMatch™ reconstructed a matching typeface in both Spanish and Korean - Korean being one of the harder scripts to localize on video - keeping the trailer visually consistent across every language. With that turnaround, Byten21 had both localized versions ready to show investors and players the next day.

About this demo

This is an independent demo - not a commissioned project, and not affiliated with or endorsed by ElevenLabs or Ramp.
When ElevenLabs launched Dubbing v2, it highlighted a familiar gap: localized voice over English on-screen text only solves half the problem. A video isn't truly localized while every burned-in title stays in the source language.

To illustrate the visual layer, we ran the announcement spot through NativeMatch™. The clip opens with the original Polish voiceover, then switches to German - so you can see the on-screen text localized in place across the cut. German is one of the trickier languages here, with long compound words and noticeable text expansion. NativeMatch™ kept the output pixel-perfect, matching the original style frame for frame.

The point of this piece is simple: re-shooting and re-editing this kind of ad is normally slow and expensive. This short proof-of-concept shows exactly where NativeCut fits - the missing visual piece of video localization, fully automated.

About this project

Quentin Dupieux's Deerskin opened the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival. The NativeCut team worked with Polish distributor New Horizons to bring the trailer to the Polish market, building on the original French master.

Rather than translating the trailer in isolation, the team matched its subtitles against the film's full translated subtitle set - detecting where each line falls in the movie and reusing exactly that translation. That kept the trailer perfectly consistent with the theatrical release and cut the turnaround dramatically.

The Polish release used different fonts and title styles, so those assets were frame-accurately tracked from the original and replaced with versions extracted from the film's poster artwork. The result: a polished Polish trailer for a popular French title, delivered fast.

About this project

For the Norwegian kids' animation Mission to the Moon, the NativeCut team localized the trailer with a dubbed version for the Polish market. Every dubbing segment used in the original trailer was located in the full Polish theatrical dub and swapped into place.

Automating that step meant the dubbing could be replaced cleanly and quickly - no line-by-line hunting through the translation to find the right takes. The titles were swapped for the client-supplied Polish artwork, frame-accurately tracked and timed to match the original trailer.

Working with dubbing has never been this straightforward. The NativeCut human-in-the-loop team handled the final pass and delivered the trailer in DCP format, ready for theatrical projection.
